We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our salon team on either a full-time or part-time basis. As a Beauty Therapist, you will provide a wide range of beauty treatments and services to our valued clients, ensuring a high standard of customer care and satisfaction. If you are dedicated, kind-hearted, and have at least two years of experience working in a salon, we would love to hear from you.

Location: Mountnessing, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 0UH
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

– Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, gel nails and body treatments.
– Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
– Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
– Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene protocols are followed.
– Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients.
– Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service, personalised recommendations, and fostering positive relationships.
– Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient salon operation.

Requirements:

– Minimum of two years of experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a salon environment.
– Relevant certifications and qualifications in beauty therapy including NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy is required.
– Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
– Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and industry trends.
– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and create a welcoming atmosphere.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Passion for the beauty industry and a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best.

Minimum Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
